Skills Vocational Master Class

The WorldSkills Vocational Master Class series aims to include innovative practical techniques, strategies and approaches to help learners and practitioners to fulfil their potential as world- class Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) professionals. The classes are focused on developing the vocational teachers’ coaching (performance and motivational) techniques by providing additional expert input and more time for sharing and reflection on how they routinely work with learners. Additional, enhancing learner’s focus, motivation and performance by giving them an opportunity to participate in a staged mini-skills competition of an hour long that will bring out competition briefing techniques, time management and resilience.
